Fatboy The Harlem V3 by Fatboy is available in EN15194-certified 250W models, fully compliant with Australian road regulations. These electric bikes are limited to a maximum speed of 25 km/h, cannot be unlocked, and feature a throttle operating up to 6 km/h independently and 25 km/h with pedalling. Refunds are not accepted based on these compliance restrictions.
Previous 500W Harlem V3 models remain limited to 25 km/h and may only be unlocked for off-road use, under the rider’s responsibility, and must not be ridden on public roads.
EN15194-certified e-bikes are limited to a maximum speed of 25 km/h and cannot be unlocked. The throttle operates independently up to 6 km/h and up to 25 km/h when pedalling. Refunds will not be accepted on this basis.
